So far successes include first place in the 2005 SouthWest Writer's Essay contest, co-authorship of a published book called 50 Ways to Leave Your 40s, and a regular health column in the Daily Lobo Newspaper.

Anne, they are, aren't they? Pretty durn irresistible.
Giovanni, my daughter and her BF (boyfriend) are determined to raise these two to be loving, respectful dogs. Pit bulls can be vicious, but only if they're raised that way.

Mr. Crane - Maya is especially adorable, and smarter than her brother, bless his little heart. But Rasta has grabbed my heartstrings too, ever since I carried him down the snowy mountain inside my jacket on our Christmas Eve hike.

There is nothing cuter than puppies! If I could stand it, I'd have 100s of them. I can imagine myself as one of those puppy hoarders that they show on Animal Planet. Fortunately, my commitments keep me otherwise disposed. So, thanks for sharing and letting me live vicariously. :-)
